About Neufeld Learning Systems
Rudy Neufeld, a mathematics teacher, department head and consultant for over 30 years, began to create the Understanding Math™ programs in 1991.
The objective, from the beginning, was to use a variety of strategies to help students and teachers understand mathematics by using a computer as a teaching tool.
Neufeld Learning Systems, creators and developers of the Understanding Math™ programs, are professional development leaders at district, state, provincial as well as at national math and technology conferences.
Today, Neufeld Learning Systems Inc. has six programmers, over 30 representatives and many classroom reviewers across the United States and Canada.
We continue to offer intervention to enrichment solutions to engage learners at all levels, including those with special needs. We are committed to supporting the diverse classroom through the integration of technology and research-based instructional strategies.
